Help with Slow Sunday

Slow Sunday Plus

Restoring a purchase. Open Slow Sunday, go to Settings, then Slow Sunday Plus, and tap Restore purchases. Use the same Apple Account you bought with.

Cancelling a subscription. In Slow Sunday, go to Settings, Slow Sunday Plus, Manage subscription. You can also cancel in the Settings app: tap your name, then Subscriptions. Cancel at least 24 hours before the renewal date to avoid the next charge.

Refunds. Refunds are handled by Apple. Visit reportaproblem.apple.com.

Family Sharing. Slow Sunday Plus can be shared with your Family Sharing group. Family members open Slow Sunday and it unlocks on its own; if it doesn't, they can tap Restore purchases.

If Plus ends. Nothing you made is deleted. Your own affirmations stay, a puzzle you started can be finished, and the look returns to Botanical if you were using one that's part of Plus.

Reminders

If the daily reminder doesn't arrive, check that notifications for Slow Sunday are on in the Settings app, under Notifications, Slow Sunday.

The widget

Long-press the Home Screen or Lock Screen, tap Edit or Customise, and add Slow Sunday. Long-press the widget and choose Edit Widget to change its look and themes.
